Contacting the church
When you contact us by email or telephone, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prayer request or request for support.
Please share only the information needed for us to help. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal, medical or financial information in an initial message.
Connection and membership
Our website links to the church’s connection and membership portal at members.joyandharvest.com. Information submitted there is used for church connection, membership administration, communication and pastoral follow-up.

Giving
The Give page uses Tithely to provide secure online giving. You may be able to make a one-time gift, arrange recurring giving and access your donor account through that service.
Tithely handles payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Our website does not collect or store your card details. The church may receive giving records needed to acknowledge gifts, maintain financial records and assist with giving enquiries.
Videos and external services
Our Watch page displays video thumbnails and plays broadcasts through YouTube. Loading thumbnails or using the YouTube player connects your browser to Google’s services. YouTube may process connection information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.
Other links may take you to services such as Facebook, Google Maps, Tithely or the conference resource centre. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Cookies, analytics and technical information
The current website does not have a custom Google Analytics or Google Ads tracking implementation.
Our hosting and service providers may process technical information, such as network addresses, browser information and request logs, to deliver, maintain and protect the website. Embedded and external services may use their own cookies.
We will update this notice before introducing analytics or advertising measurement and provide any required privacy choices.
Website administration
Authorised staff email addresses, sign-in verification records, access roles and session information are used to operate and protect the administration portal.
Requested sign-in codes are delivered through Resend, expire after seven minutes and can be used only once. Secure cookies maintain authenticated staff sessions. Technical rate limits help protect the sign-in process from misuse.
Photographs and church content
Church photographs, videos, event flyers and ministry information may be published on the website. Please contact us with questions or concerns about the use of your photograph, your child’s photograph or your personal story.
Your information and requests
You may contact the church to ask about information you have provided or to request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
