Excerpts From The Book: The Art Of Meditation.

The Mind and the Spirit of Man Interacts.
Your senses are the doorway to your spirit. In order to benefit from the great powers, the human mind has at its disposal you must first understand how it functions. The issue of mental health awareness has taken the front seat in many establishments today. It is now been realized that directly combating mental health challenges, how to overcome depression, how to overcome anxiety and have peace of mind are directly connected to daily meditation which we believers refer to as daily Christian meditation.

Your spirit is a sort of ‘ground’, it can be cultivated. (Believers are in reality God’s Garden)

The conflict between the senses and the spirit is as a result of disharmony between the identified methods of interpreting our thought impulses. Without this critical alignment between your senses and your spirit it will be very difficult to achieve and maintain any form of inner peace. And you need this inner peace to be able to function properly and optimally. One very important thing to realize is that it is your thoughts that feed your spirit.

In the United States of America alone, every month, an average of 165,000 people get on the internet to search for relevant information on Panic attack, while about 135,000 are searching

for information about eating disorder, and about 200,000 people seeks information on mental health. It’s really a challenging fact that so many people are seeking for information about their health and what they can do to have peace of mind, and by the way this is from only one search platform online, there are still many more not accounted for.

3John 2 states “Beloved I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health even as your soul (mind) prospers”

Here the scriptures clearly tie the health and prosperity of your body to the health and prosperity of your mind. This is where Christian meditation comes in. There are all sorts of reports out there shopping for subscribers! There are so many reports to reject! and a few others

are reports to believe. In the same vein there are all manner of spirits out there, bad spirits like lying spirits, spirit of fear, spirit of infirmity, and foul spirits all lurking in dark places ready to deceive and bound eager but unwary seekers! But there are also good spirits like the spirit of power, spirit of love, spirit of a sound mind, all ready to help your faith and glorify Christ, and There are spirits to disbelieve, and there are spirits to believe. The question is whose report will you believe? And which spirits will you believe? Whose final verdict will you embrace? Mental health issues, alarming eating disorder, and constant panic attacks are all real issues that beg for real solutions and freedom.

In order to be able to answer these questions and solve these life challenges you must have learnt how to transform your mind through the art of meditation, Christian meditation, and be able to ‘prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God’ (Romans 12:2), and also understand how to ‘try the spirits whether they are of God’ (1John 4:1).
